i am so highly disappointed in this place!!! the attitudes from the entire staff yesterday was so poor!! the girl who took our order acted as tho we were bothering her and then placed our order wrong. after waiting 10 minutes i noticed a tray on the counter with food on it that looked like it could have been ours so i walked up to ask she told me a number for it that said it wasnt ours so i sat back down n continued to wait. after another 5 minutes i asked about our order and they all looked confused and yet that first tray was still sitting there! it was almost what we ordered and no one was claiming it so i told the girl at the counter that it must be ours but you called out the wrong order number AND there is a mistake. they tried to just give me what was correct ( but had been sitting now for atleast 15 minutes) and when i asked for fresh food they grumbled about it!! its fast food people!! its not rocket science!! after waiting another 10 minutes to get 3 soft tacos, 3 crunchy tacos and an order of fries, myself and my lunch date where just so disappointed in every aspect from the looks on the faces of the employees, the wait time, the attitudes we will never return to the TACO BELL ON WARWICK and i highly suggest you dont neither!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location is terrible. I have tried on several occasions to come here. EVERYTIME its worse. I wrote corporate with no reply of course. So I went through drive through at 9:30ish and I cud see people inside talking but no one would answer the drive through. The next day I came through I got someone to answer the drive through after running over the sensor a few times.. The girl was so rude! She talked like she had no sense and kept laughing with someone else while taking our order.. Very short order. 2 just beef burritos , 2 Fry's, 2 empanadas, 2 crunchy beefy bean burritos. What I got was 2 buritos nothing else..... That was after waiting on the parking lot while there manager went to the car with his friends to get high and came to knock on my window smelling like smoke.... To say it will be a few more minutes... It was so sketchy... Finally I got out of there to find my order was wrong and they didnt want to fix it when I called back they said sorry we are closing soon sorry... I just hung up. Corporate doesn't care and has yet to respond.
